Staying in Rome

If you need lodging in Rome near the venue (and us), please let us know as our neighbors have set aside some airbnbs, with a few options.

Otherwise we recommend the lively Monti or Trastevere neighborhoods if you want to be in the heart of Rome.
(10 km, 17 min by car)

Packing your suitcase

Bring a valigia big enough to hold:
- festive, but comfortable, clothes for ceremony
- island clothes for active days, dinner out & chilly nights
- comfortable shoes for hiking
- swimsuit, beach towel, watershoes (if you have them)
- sea sick medicine if you need it, sunsceen
- basic rain protection (check the forecast)

Wheather &Tomperatures

In April, Rome & Ischia enjoy pleasant spring weather.
There might be one day of light rain per week.

day temps: 18-20°C (64-68°F) night temps: 10°C (50°F)
sea temps: 15-17°C (59-62°F)

hot springs & pool temps (varies): 24-38 °C (75-100°F)
(note: children 0-11 are not allowed in the hotter pools)

Physical considerations

At the wedding ceremony you will walk on field pathways and down steps.
Moisés and Fernando will be there to assist you.

On Ischia you may also want to enjoy:
- swimming in heated pools / sauna / massages
- walks into town or to the woods
- a quick dip in the cold sea
- short, but steep hikes
- kayaking etc
